The truth is that brown skin is no less beautiful than any other. Brown eyes are just as beautiful as any other. Curly hair is just as special and thick puffy hair is just as good as any other. The problem is that for generations, we have learned that only one standard of beauty matters. We have been socialized to hold implicit biases against any other standard outside of the one.
Psychology shows that brown skin is perceived as less than, ugly, bad, and criminal. The emotions that are attached manifest into lower self-esteem and lower self-worth. The resolution is to increase intelligence, decrease ignorance, embrace the standard of beauty that is set by all that is you.
